A city forestry disposal site is hereby established, for the use of the citizens of the city for dumping and open burning of trees and brush.

The disposal site located on the property adjacent to the city’s lagoon, is for the disposal of trees and brush only and not trash dumping of any other nature is permitted at the disposal site.

The disposal site is established only for the disposal of trees and brush by the community, during the established hours of operation. The disposal site is open to the public only as indicated by the city, the city and for that limited purpose. Dumping any other material on the city property where the disposal site is located is unauthorized. All persons dumping unauthorized material, or entering or remaining on the property at times not authorized by the city council are unauthorized trespassers and may be punished; except that authorized personnel of the city may use the property at any time for authorized purposes.

Any person violating or permitting the violation of any of the provisions of this article shall upon conviction in the municipal court be fined the sum of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
